Chocobo elevator, Corel Prison

Seeded from the community's second pass over char.lgp, which put a name to every one of the archive's 385 skeletons. This page exists because somebody opened this model and said what it was; nothing else about it is known from the data, and the binding is marked inferred because the archive itself names nothing.
